Nalvina was established in 2009 by a group of wine lovers living in Switzerland who wanted to be able to send gifts to their friends and family all around the world. Usually this involves queuing at the post office and paying international delivery rates or doing hours of research on-line trying to find a reliable supplier that can deliver within 24hrs. We are busy people but we value keeping in touch with the people we care about and being able to send them a special gift, quickly and without fuss.

Jean-Stéphane Szijarto is the CEO of the company, he is half Swiss half Hungarian and has lived in Namibia, Eritrea and Iran. His international travel, mindset and experience was one of the driving forces behind the concept of Nalvina as well as his wish to send something other than flowers to his friends!
